First off let me say the staff were all great, but this was the nastiest Outback I've ever been to. Floor, in and out, were very dirty. Broken hostess stand leaning against the wall. Rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Outside seating area was terrible. Tables dirty, chairs dirty. Pigeon poop everywhere, including tables and chairs. Not sure who manages this place but hosing down that patio needs to be one of the first things done in the morning. Secondly, if you would screen the area in and cover it, the pigeons couldn't poop everywhere to begin with and you'd still have the feeling of being outside. Our food was good but not much sauce on my burger and I tried two drafts and both were flat.

Well....... I usually enjoy myself at this location until the servers and bartenders started to get drunk beside me when they were off their shift. One question... where was the management? I ordered the appetizers for happy hour and they took over an hour to get to the table. Great happy hour. Terrible experience. Come at your own risk.

The food is all right, not great but not terrible. The server was polite but the service was poor: very slow to bring the ordered drinks although it wasn't crowded, served one of our party's entree while the rest of us got our salads, didn't remove finished plates from the table or offer us more drinks. The steak and mashed potatoes were almost room temperature which was a little weird, and they didn't have all the ingredients on the menu so I had to change my order. Not a great dining experience.

Due to Covid 19 the service was a problem and the food me and my family ordered for Mother's Day was not pleasant at all. The ribeyes were medium rare which we asked for well done. The next time I will eat at Outback Steakhouse will be when they lift social distancing. We had no problem with Outback Steakhouse in the past, but we will continue to support, but not with phone orders.

First time in this location. It was okay. Food was good. The booth we were at was a little strange in that it looked straight into another booth, so we are facing this other table with an aisle between us. The music was on so loud that we could not hear each other nor our server. Service was good though and food is as excpected. I'm not sure if I would come back, there are other places that are similar in service and food with a quieter atmosphere.

I wouldn't waste my time ordering for pickup. Missing my meal on the order requiring my husband to go back to restaurant (and they don't answer the phone to have it made ahead of time)... worst Mother's Day ever. All the food even came home cold and we only live around the corner. I won't order take out from them again!!! I'm so sorry we gave them an extra large tip because of corona. Expensive lesson learned!!

I enjoy the happy hour at this location that starts a 3pm. The Bar area is bright and comfortable. The crafted drinks are priced right and it has a tasty food menu with good selections. Arron the bar lead went above and beyond to make sure my Skinny Margarita was prepared exactly how I like it!! I will definitely be visiting again soon.
